Minister receives Ambassador of Russian Federation

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Srbuhi Galyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergey Kopirkin. Importance was attached to the co-operation between the Ministries of Justice of the two countries during the meeting. The co-operation between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation in respect of legal assistance was touched upon. The Ambassador expressed satisfaction with the existing co-operation, expressing willingness to foster, within the scope of his powers, the strengthening of co-operation in the sector of mutual legal assistance. Protection of the rights of citizens serving sentences in both countries was touched upon.
