People arriving at or departing from Zvartnots International Airport to have opportunity to benefit from unified office for provision of state services

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan today participated in the launch of a unified office for provision of state services located within the HayPost division at Zvartnots International Airport.

According to the Minister, to obtain a relevant statement of information from a state authority, people arriving at or departing from Zvartnots International Airport may visit the post office operating at the Airport, submit an application and obtain the prepared document, saving both time and the money for travel expenses.

According to Arpine Hovhannisyan, there might be a situation where a citizen can submit his or her application at the HayPost office of the Airport, for example, an application to obtain a statement of information on family status or on no criminal record and obtain the document at another unified office operating in the city. "A citizen may also submit an application at one of the offices launched in Yerevan or the marzes (provinces) for any one of the services that are provided and obtain the statement of information at the airport and depart," the Minister said.

Citizens of the Republic of Armenia may benefit from the services provided by the service offices of the State Register Agency of Legal Entities, the service offices of the state administration republican body running a Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate and authorised by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the services provided by the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Police of the Republic of Armenia adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Let us remind that unified offices for provision of state services are currently operating in Yerevan, Garni, Gyumri, Etchmiadzin, Ijevan and Haghardzin.

Unified offices for provision of state services will be launched in the rural communities of all marzes (provinces) as well.
