First stage of qualification test of notaries was launched

On 3 August, the first stage of qualification test of notaries was launched at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

40 applicants participated in the first stage of qualification test of notaries, i.e. in the stage of testing. Testing of the first group of candidates was launched at 10:00, and that of the second group — at 15:00.

First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Mkrtchyan introduced the testing procedure to the participants and stated that the test sample had been posted beforehand on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia upon the decision of the Commission for Qualification Test of Notaries of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

The Deputy Minister informed that the test consisted of 100 questions, and the passing score was 80: in case of a correct answer to each question, the applicant would get one point, whereas in case of a wrong answer or selection of more than one answer the applicant would get zero point for the mentioned question.
