Quarterly results of the reception of citizens

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia implements receptions for citizens every Monday starting from 16:00. Throughout the second quarter of 2016, the Deputy Ministers of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, implementing the reception of citizens received 106 citizens. The questions of the citizens were mainly related to the functions of the structural and separated subdivisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, as well as to the problems related to different sectors, to which exhaustive answers and clarifications were given through the procedure prescribed by law. A large group of the citizens addressed their applications to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, asking to support the rendering of fair judicial acts on filed claims in court. During the receptions, the citizens were informed that the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia is not vested with the competence to intervene in such matters, and only those cases for which there is a final judicial act and for which there are grounds for initiating disciplinary proceedings, are processed.

The problems of the majority of citizens invited to the reception were solved on the spot, and assignments were given for processing the case with respect to certain applications.

Citizens have also submitted applications, the processing of which has been outside of the functions of the Ministry; the Deputy Ministers gave guiding answers to the applicants with respect to those applications.
