Modified versions of the general and special parts of the draft Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Armenia being submitted for public consideration

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia is submitting the modified versions of the general and special parts of the draft Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Armenia for public consideration.

On 29 August 2016, the Ministry of Justice submitted to the Government of the Republic of Armenia the modified version of the draft Administrative Offences Code of the of the Republic of Armenia.

Main principles of administrative liability, administrative offences and the types of administrative penalties provided therefor, procedure for imposition and execution of penalties, procedure for instituting proceedings on administrative offences, bodies competent to institute and conduct proceedings on administrative offences were introduced in the general part.

In the special part the peculiarities of administrative offences relating to different fields were introduced separately and in detail.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia attaches importance to the opinions of interested persons and representatives of interested organisations regarding the draft Code submitted for public consideration and calls on sending comments and suggestions to info@moj.am.
