Second stage of qualification test of notaries was held

On 5 September, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia conducted the second stage of the qualification test of notaries held with the participation of 7 candidates who had passed the testing stage.

First Deputy Minister of Justice, Chairperson of the Commission for Qualification Test of Notaries Arsen Mkrtchyan introduced the procedure for the second stage of the qualification test of notaries — that is solving problems — to the seven applicants who had passed the first stage. Arsen Mkrtchyan also informed that a new method is being applied in the process of the qualification test of notaries this year, that is, the examination is held through the use of a password for applicants in order to ensure confidentiality.

During the second stage of the qualification test, the candidates were given ten problems covering the fields related to inheritance, lease of property, exchange of immovable property, purchase and sale of immovable property and mortgages, contracts on the right of buying immovable property from the apartment building under management, etc.

The results of the second stage of the qualification test of notaries will be published on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia within a five-day period.
