Unified office for provision of state services launched at Armeconombank branch

On 28 March, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan participated in the launch of the unified office for the provision of state services in the branch of "ARMECONOMBANK" (11/1 Smbat Zoravar Street, Shengavit administrative district).
The Minister attached importance to the launch of another office in "ARMECONOMBANK", and noted that about 70 state services provided by state bodies are also available at this unified office. "I attach importance to this office operating in "Yerevan Market" also in terms of its location, where there is much movement of people, and the citizen may obtain here the statement of information he or she needs without wasting additional resource or time", said Arpine Hovhannisyan.
Executive Director of "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC Aramayis Galstyan noted that customers would have the opportunity to use the services of unified offices at 12 branches of the bank. "The launch of the unified office in this branch is important for us, as the Sasuntsi Davit Metro Station, the railway station, as well as the parking sites for inter-communal and inter-city transport are located in the adjacent area", noted the Executive Director of the bank, adding that where earlier only state authorities provided these services, from now on banks will also perform these functions.
During the launch of the office, two citizens received a certificate of no criminal record and a statement of information on registering as an individual entrepreneur, requested in advance.
Let us remind that 39 unified offices are currently operating within the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia, of which 14 are in Yerevan, the others are in Garni, Gyumri, Vagharshapat, Haghartsin, Ijevan, Byurakan, Karbi, Armash, Metsamor, Zvartnots, Sarukhan, Tsovagyugh, Mastara, Vanadzor, Noyemberyan, Gavar, Berd, Alaverdi, Stepanavan, Yeghegnadzor, Vayk, Goris, Kapan and Meghri.
The operators performing the functions of service offices of the bodies of state power are the following companies: HayPost, Ardshinbank, Ameriabank, Converse Bank, Anelik Bank and Armeconombank.
At the unified offices, citizens of the Republic of Armenia may use a number of services provided by the service offices of the Agency for State Register of Legal Persons, the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre, the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the Police of the Republic of Armenia and the State Migration Service of the Republic of Armenia.
This chain of reforms defined by point 8.4.1 of the 2012-2017 Strategic Programme for Legal and Judicial Reforms, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia and launched upon the assignment of the Prime Minister, will be ongoing, and unified offices will be launched in the rural communities of all Marzes of the Republic of Armenia.
