The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia is continuously performing activities to increase the quality of services provided to citizens in the field of State Register Agency of Legal Entities. The Ministry has launched a hot-line service equipped with modern instrumentation to promptly react to the problems of citizens. With the help of the "Services" section on e-hotline.am, citizens may not only be informed about services provided in the field of State Register Agency of Legal Entities, required documents, fees for and time limits of provided services, but also receive information and submit a complaint via electronic mail, a web-call or a telephone call. The Ministry urges to apply to the hot-line service of the Ministry in case there are substantiated complaints regarding the services provided by the State Register Agency of Legal Entities via the 85-00 telephone number or the e-hotline.am multifunctional portal. All substantiated complaints will be examined and processed accordingly.
