Unified Office for Public Services officially opened

The Ministry of Justice has launched the first Unified Office for Public Services in the centre of Yerevan. All comfortable conditions have been created for the citizens to receive from the unified centre services rendered by the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency, the State Register of Legal Entities, the State Revenue Committee, the National Archive, the Social Security Service, the Migration Service, the Cadastre Committee, the Funeral Bureau, as well as notary services.

Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan noted in the conversation with the reporters that 97 state services will be rendered from this centre, which will further be expanded. "A service centre of the Passport and Visa Department will also open near this area, thus expanding the number of services, and then, after fixing the issues having emerged during the operation, the community services will also be included, and unified offices will open throughout Armenia," Rustam Badasyan informed and added that the purpose of receiving state services from one centre is to make the life of citizens easier. The Minister detailed that if a citizen has to receive services from several bodies, he or she will be able to receive them in one centre without visiting various state bodies.

Minister Badasyan thanked all the state bodies rendering services in the Unified Office for bringing this reform to life and emphasised that it would have been impossible to implement this initiative without joint efforts.

Let us inform that the area has a waiting room, a parking lot, is equipped with banking terminals, queue management devices (there is also an electronic queuing opportunity with the Еarlyone mobile application).

Applications can be filed with the Unified Office for Public Services at 3 Vazgen Sargsyan Street, every working day, from 09:00 a.m to 14:00 p.m and from 15:00 p.m to 18:00 p.m. Depending on the interest of citizens applying to the Office, the service will also be rendered on weekends, if necessary.

The Unified Office for Public Services was established in accordance with the Action Plan of the Government of the Republic of Armenia for 2019-2023.

The Ministry of Justice will continue the activities aimed at facilitating the lives of citizens using public services.
