Ministry of Justice launches development of the Anti-Corruption Strategy and the Action Plan deriving therefrom

The Ministry of Justice and "Checchi and Company Consulting" International Development Company are inviting qualified local companies and organisations to co-oparate in providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Justice in the development of the 2022-2026 Anti-Corruption Strategy and the Action Plan.

The selected company or organisation must check on all the available relevant reports (both nationally and internationally), study the documents to gather information from all stakeholders and review the information received, and develop the Strategy and its Action Plan based on the analysis of the received information and international best practices, as well as provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Justice.

The bidder must submit a budget for holding public hearings, discussions, meetings, and other relevant events.

The companies or organisations may apply by the deadline as separate organisations or in consortium/co-operation with other organisations.

The first draft of the Strategy, including the Action Plan and the costs must be submitted to the Ministry of Justice by 15 July 2022.

The technical assistance will be provided by professionals highly qualified in their respective fields from 15 June 2022 to 30 November 2022.
