The objective of the Council for Constitutional Reforms is to determine the directions of constitutional reforms and, based on this, organise the development of the draft concept paper for the constitutional reforms, and then draft amendments to the Constitution.
Attaching importance to public opinion and participation of the public in the process of constitutional reforms, a public inquiry is being conducted. The recommendations and issues collected as a result of the public inquiry will be submitted to the Council for Reforms and the Specialised Commission for consideration.
