Ministry of Justice launches first stage of qualification tests for bankruptcy administrators

The first stage of qualification tests for bankruptcy administrators was held today and attended by Deputy Minister of Justice, Chairperson of the Qualification Commission for Bankruptcy Administrators Armenuhi Harutyunyan.

In her opening speech, Deputy Minister Armenuhi Harutyunyan greeted the persons participating in the qualification test and wished them success in the examination period.

The qualification test will be conducted in two stages. Answering test questions and solving situational problems are included in the first stage, which was launched today, and there will be an interview in the second stage.

43 administrator candidates participated in the first stage.

The issues related to the qualification test for bankruptcy administrators are regulated by the Law "On bankruptcy" and Order of the Minister of Justice No 112-N of 13 March 2020 "On establishing the procedure for formation and activities of the Qualification Commission for Bankruptcy Administrators, the requirements for application to participate in the qualification test, the list of documents required for participation in the qualification test, and the procedure for testing qualifications and granting qualification", as amended on 4 October 2022.
