Public register of Notices of e-license.am platform launched

The Ministry of Justice has launched the Public Register of Notifications according to types of activities subject to notification.
The e-license.am platform is a unified platform for making the licences issued by authorised state bodies and the types of activities subject to notification public.
Apart from the register of licences, a register for record-registration of notifications according to types of activities subject to notification is now active, containing data on the authorising body, the types of activities subject to notification, the person performing activity subject to notification and the status of notification. As a result of this, the Ministry of Justice has ensured the process of record-registration of notifications in accordance with the Law "On notification about implementation of activities".
The goal of introducing the Public Register is to reduce administration, as well as corruption risks, to ensure access of citizens to services and improve the quality of the services provided, and to save time and material resources.
Due to implementation of the project, every citizen will have the opportunity to view the decisions on issuance of licenses, the types of activities subject to licensing and notification and the persons carrying out those activities.
The Public Register of Notifications according to types of activities was launched through funding provided by the European Union and in co-operation with VXSoft Limited.
