Number of bankruptcy administrators increased by six - Activities for qualification test for bankruptcy administrators summed up

The activities of the Commission on Qualification Test for Bankruptcy Administrators for the year 2022 have been launched under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Armenuhi Harutyunyan. Out of the 43 participants of the first stage, based on the results of appeals, 6 participants showed up for the second stage. The second stage of qualification test was the interview and consisted of two parts: (1) study of personal file and past professional experience of each participant (the participant was entitled to provide clarifications on the information contained in his or her personal file, and for the purpose of evaluating other personal skills and qualities required for effective work as an administrator, the members of the Commission asked the participants their questions); (2) analysis and presentation of a position by the participant with regard to a hypothetical situation related to the activities of a bankruptcy administrator in order to assess knowledge of the rules of conduct, other personal features, skills in handling the particular situation spontaneously within a short period of time, self-control, behaviour, communication skills, analytical abilities, skills and qualities important for functioning as an administrator. The specified situation was selected after the particular contender selected, through a drawing, the questions drafted by the Ministry of Justice. During a closed-door meeting following the interviews with all the participants, the members of the Commission held a final discussion on the results of the interview and, as a result, the Commission determined the final score of the participant based on the average of the scores assigned individually. The Ministry of Justice congratulates all participants who passed the test for qualification of bankruptcy administrators for the year 2022 and wishes them fruitful work.
