Issue of incorporating regulatory legal acts of supranational international organisations in the legal system to be touched upon in the concept paper - Council for Constitutional Reforms

Today, on 13 December, the Council and Professional Commission for Constitutional Reforms held a subsequent joint session during which the report on envisaging a place for regulatory legal acts of supranational international organisations in the legal system — drafted by member of the Professional Commission on Constitutional Reforms Rafik Grigoryan — was discussed. The Council unanimously decided to touch upon the issues related to the place of legal acts adopted by supranational international structures in the legal hierarchy system in the concept paper on constitutional reforms.
