Competition for electronic mediation platform held

The open competition for development of an on-line electronic mediation platform has been held. The objective of the competition is to automate the functions of mediation prescribed by law, by providing a transparent and on-line platform for all role-players in the process, which also arises from the 2022-2026 Strategy for Judicial and Legal Reforms.

Representatives of the Ministry of Justice and the judicial system, as well as citizens and mediators will benefit from the system. Every role-player will have the functions provided for him or her by law in order to organise the procedure more smoothly and quickly.

To ensure the aforementioned, the Ministry of Justice had announced a competition for acquisition of advisory services for development of software of the information system for electronic mediation.

An unprecedented indicator of participation was recorded — 11 organisations specialising in the IT sector participated in the competition.

"Web Foundation" LLC offered the lowest price and won.
