Competition for upgrading the "E-penitentiary" on-line electronic platform held

The open competition announced for upgrading the "E-penitentiary" on-line electronic platform — introduced by the Penitentiary Service under the 2019-2023 Strategy on Penitentiary Service and Probation Service of the Republic of Armenia and the 2019-2023 Action Plan for implementation of the Strategy — has been held.

The objective of the competition is to have an IT business analyst, who is involved as a consultant, to ensure the software support of the "E-penitentiary" electronic management system introduced by the Penitentiary Service, update the business processes and fully reduce document circulation.

To ensure the aforementioned, the Ministry of Justice had announced a competition for acquisition of advisory services for business analysis for the needs of the Ministry of Justice.

Out of the registered participants, "Harmony" Foundation offered the lowest price and was declared the winner.
