The sitting of the Public Council adjunct to the Minister took place under the chairmanship of Minister Grigor Minasyan. The Minister thanked the representatives of non-governmental organisations for participating in the sitting and demonstrating interest. The issues on the agenda referred to the establishment of a Fact-finding Commission, envisaging new mechanisms of appealing the decisions of the Supreme Judicial Council and the digitalisation activities aimed at the modernisation of the joint platform for publishing drafts legal acts — “E-draft.am”, etc. During the sitting, the representatives of non-governmental organisations voiced issues requiring urgent solutions. At the end of the meeting, an arrangement was reached regarding the elaboration of mechanisms for settlement of issues raised at the sitting and the implementation thereof.
