On the "My Profile" electronic platform for enforcement proceedings of MoJ’s Compulsory Enforcement Service (cabinet.harkadir.am/), citizens can receive complete information about the enforcement proceedings initiated with their participation, their course, sanctions applied, see the decisions made in the proceedings and the administrative acts acting as grounds for initiating these proceedings.

However, in the past, “My Profile” did not have sufficient tools to notify the citizen in case of a new proceeding against the citizen or, for example, a change in the course of the proceeding or a new decision.

Emphasizing the efficiency of the implemented platform, the Ministry of Justice implemented a new electronic toolkit in “My Profile” that provides citizens with notifications about their proceedings.

Thus, when registering on the electronic platform, the citizen fills in the data necessary for registration, undergoes proper identification, and also provides his e-mail address.

Thanks to the introduced new electronic solution, citizens will immediately receive a notification to the e-mail address they provided when registering on the platform, which will also contain a link to the new decision made in the framework of the procedure, in the event that a new enforcement proceeding is initiated against them or a new decision is made within the proceedings.

Thanks to the reform, citizens will be immediately informed about the initiation of enforcement proceedings or a new decision, as a result of which there will be no surprise freezes and an opportunity will be provided to quickly and promptly solve the issues caused by the initiation of the proceedings.

Reforms in the field of digitalization of the Compulsory Enforcement Service are ongoing, work is also being carried out to ensure the possibility of notification in the form of short messages.
