Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan, Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice Sirvard Gevorgyan and Advisor to the Minister Liana Tovmasyan participated in the study of international best practices in the provision of public services in the Republic of Lithuania with the representatives of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Lithuania within the framework of the application of the EU TAIEX instrument.

During the visit, the representatives of the RA delegation visited the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Lithuania, where they got acquainted with the Lithuanian experience of introducing innovative and digitalized solutions for the provision of public services, at the same time considering the possibility of localization of sectoral digitalization methods in Armenia. In this context, working meetings were also held with the representatives of the Lithuanian Information Society Development Committee, who presented the Lithuanian experience of coordinating digitalization processes.

The RA delegation also visited Lithuania's state and municipal service delivery offices to learn about the implemented experience of service delivery. Such offices were the Center of Lithuanian Registers, the Vilnius Municipality, the Migration Service, etc.
