A number of violations detected; based on the decision of the Minister, activities of notary public have been suspended for 5 months

Based on the decision of Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan of 24 October 2023, the disciplinary penalty "termination of activities" for a period of five months has been applied against notary public of "Yerevan" Notarial District Astghine Mikayelyan (seat — “Kanaker-Zeytun 1”).
Elements of violation of the requirements of laws and other legal acts were detected as a result of the study conducted by the Control Department of the Ministry of Justice.
