The staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service, under the chairmanship of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer, participated in the two-day thematic seminar on "Administrative Proceedings and Administrative Procedure" organised by the Ministry of Justice.
Issues frequently encountered in administrative proceedings and administrative procedure, the specifics for the use of national and international legal databases, as well as many issues that arise in relation to the administrative procedure and administrative action while conducting enforcement proceedings, were discussed.
The training was conducted within the scope of the EU-funded Project “Targeted Technical Assistance to Justice Sector Reforms in Armenia”.
