We would like to inform that on the 20th of February of every year legal entities are obliged to submit to the Agency for State Register of Legal Entities confirmation that the latest declaration submitted with regard to real beneficiaries contains current information as of the 31st of December of the previous year, or modified information on the real beneficiaries of the legal entity. In case declarations on real beneficiaries are submitted to the Agency for State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (via the website https://bo.e-register.am) by authorised persons, we would like to ask you to send the power of attorney electronically to the e-mail address of the Agency (bo.eregister.am@gmail.com).
