12 persons pass first stage of qualification test for bankruptcy administrators

The results of examination of the appeals filed with respect to the results of evaluation of the test tasks and situational problem solving in the first stage of qualification test for bankruptcy administrators (the qualification test was held on 24 November 2023) have been summed up. By taking into consideration the results of appeal, 12 participants passed the first stage of the qualification test. By way of reference, let us mention that participants having scored at least 30 points for test tasks and at least 10 points for problem solving shall be eligible to participate in the second stage of the qualification test, that is, the interview stage. The interview stage shall be held no later than the twenty-day period after finalisation of the results of appeals of the first stage of qualification test, and if no appeal is filed — after the expiry of the time period envisaged for appeal. The participants shall be informed about the day for holding the interview stage no later than one week before the day of conducting the interview. Upon the request in Annex No 3 approved by Order of the Minister of Justice No 112-N of 13 March 2020, the list of participants having passed the second stage of the qualification test is also being published.
