100% digitised Compulsory Enforcement Service
03/01/2024
As a result of the work done by a team at the Ministry of Justice for over one year, we have a fully electronic Compulsory Enforcement Service.
And so:
With one click, citizens can receive information about all the proceedings related to them via the mobile phone or computer. 2. Payments may be made via payment card and mobile banking apps. 3. All liabilities can be paid immediately through just one platform; moreover, citizens can pay the liabilities of other persons as well. 4. In the past, all the accounts of a citizen could be frozen within the scope of one proceedings, but now an amount can be frozen only in the amount of the debt. 5. After making the payment via banks, there is no longer a need to submit the payment coupon to the Compulsory Enforcement Service. From this point forth, after making the payment, the proceedings will be dismissed within maximum 5 minutes, and de-blockage of accounts will be carried out within maximum one day instead of the previous 5-7 days. 6. Service for the combination of the programmes of all state bodies and required private organisations has been ensured. 7. From this point forth, all officers of the Service will carry out their activities only electronically. 8. Thanks to the new system, the work with other state institutions has become digital, meaning there is no need to receive or submit statements of information. The works completed will provide the opportunity to have a faster and more simplified procedure, as a result of which citizens will avoid long administration. Service for citizens will be faster and more effective.
