Tender announced within scope of campaign for raising awareness about the Whistle-Blowing System and collaboration with GIZ

Within the scope of the fight against corruption, under the co-ordination of the Ministry of Justice, a one-year nationwide campaign for raising awareness about the Whistle-Blowing System has been launched. It is planned to carry out a number of target actions through the active involvement of sector-specific civil society organisations and international organisations. In particular, the actions to be implemented will include awareness-raising events devoted to the Whistle-Blowing System for regional and community authorities and the educational system, the filming of informational videos devoted to the Whistle-Blowing System and the posting of news on the official websites of state bodies, and other actions.

In the context of the aforementioned and as a result of close cooperation with the German Corporation for International Cooperation, a tender has been announced to engage an organisation experienced in the anti-corruption field, with the objective to minimise the negative perception of whistleblowers, raise awareness about their vital role, as well as to emphasise the role of the Unified Electronic Platform for Whistle-Blowing (azdararir.am) in the fight against corruption.
