Open tender for construction of parking lot for Compulsory Enforcement Service

The Urban Development Committee is announcing an open tender for construction of a parking lot for the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice. The selected bidder will be offered to conclude a contract for construction of a new parking lot, reconstruction/capital renovation of the existing building, and improvement works to be carried out at 4 Tevosyan Street in Yerevan. The tender will be held through Armeps electronic procurement system (www.armeps.am). Applications for participation must be submitted electronically by 26 April 2024, at 11:00 a.m. In addition to Armenian, the applications may also be submitted in English or Russian.
