Warning issued to Notary Public of Gegharkunik Marz Kristine Badalyan

By the Decision of the Minister of Justice, a disciplinary penalty "warning" has been imposed on Notary Public of "Gegharkunik Marz" Notarial District (seat in "the city of Martuni”) Kristine Badalyan. The ground for initiating disciplinary proceedings against the Notary Public was the decision of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia on declaring the performance of notarial activities as unlawful.
