The role and importance of women in the management system — Armenuhi Harutyunyan shares her personal experience

Deputy Minister of Justice Armenuhi Harutyunyan participated in the conference organised by "American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia" organisation and held under the title “Women of influence: the perspective of women's role in the society”. During the meeting, the strategic provisions of the MLSA on empowering women in the labour market were presented, followed by two panel discussions on the topics "Women in the management system" and "Women in business". The Deputy Minister presented her vision on the role and importance of women in the management system, attached importance to the role of women in our society and shared her personal experience to encourage young ladies and women to choose and succeed in the areas of their preference.
