Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan participated in the high-level conference devoted to the topic of "Study of the effective approaches for recovery in the criminal justice system: international insights" and being held by the Council of Europe. The conference aims to present the innovative recovery programmes and the best practice of Council of Europe member states, fostering knowledge exchange among different interested parties and ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation of the programmes. Levon Balyan highly appreciated the cooperation with the colleagues of the Council of Europe, highlighting the importance of achieving common goals, based on national perceptions and the international best practice.
