Reforms, achievements and challenges of prison healthcare — Levon Balyan presents programmatic directions

A conference on "Transition of Prison Healthcare in Armenia from the Ministry of Justice to the Ministry of Health: Challenges, Achievements and Directions for Reforms" was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan.
In his welcoming speech, Levon Balyan emphasised the fundamental role of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia in setting strategic directions for co-operation with the Republic of Armenia.
The Deputy Minister expressed confidence that the discussions held during the conference will entail new and important solutions that will contribute to successful implementation of the reforms.
