Mediators’ community to be replenished with 130 mediators in first half of 2025

The fifth training course for qualification of mediators was held in co-operation with the Ministry of Justice, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, the Council of Europe Office in Yerevan and the European Union. Developed by international expert-mediators, the 33-hour academic course was held with the participation of 25 contenders selected from different marzes of Armenia and Yerevan. To make the course more effective, the invited international and national experts and judges shared their valuable experience in mediation and observations on the new legislative regulations. Due to ongoing courses and reforms, the mediators’ community will have about 130 mediators in the first half of 2025.

The series of training courses was partially funded by the European Union-Council of Europe Joint Programme "Partnership for Good Governance".
