Ministry of Justice launches series of courses for development of management skills and strategic capabilities of employees

A series of courses designed for representatives of the staff of the Ministry of Justice has been launched under the EU-funded "Support to Justice Reform in Armenia" Project, which aims to develop project management skills and strategic capabilities. The initiative is being carried out through the efforts of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Oksanna Abrahamyan, with the aim of strengthening the institutional capacities of the Ministry and raising the level of professional effectiveness of the staff within the scope of the large-scale reforms that are underway in the justice sector. During the courses, the participants will enhance their business mindset, develop strategic planning capabilities, as well as become familiar with the new tools and methods for project management. This step is important from the perspective of sustainable development of the justice system, increase of its effectiveness and the shaping of a culture of publicly accountable and transparent management.  The Project will continue its active support to the capacity-building of the Ministry of Justice, ensuring that the reforms are carried out successfully and consistently.
