Deputy Minister Oksanna Abrahamyan presents Armenia’s experience in digital transformations in justice sector in Washington, D.C.

Deputy Minister of Justice Oksanna Abrahamyan represented Armenia at the World Bank’s GovTech and Public Sector Innovation Global Forum 2025 taking place in Washington, D.C. This initiative serves as an important international platform where representatives from the state bodies of various countries, international organisations, academic and private sectors have come together to discuss how technologies and innovative approaches may transform public administration systems. The Deputy Minister shared the experience of the Republic of Armenia in digital transformations in the justice sector, with the aim of shaping more accessible, transparent and efficient public services. The main topic of this year’s Forum was “Transforming Institutions in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”. During the discussions, unified approaches to digital administration, the safe and sensible use of data, the development of technology frameworks, as well as the role of artificial intelligence in improving public services. Such events provide a wonderful opportunity to learn from the international best practices, to develop co-operation, and to present Armenia’s initiatives and achievements.
