Minister of Justice presents achievements of post-revolutionary Armenia to Czech colleagues
Today, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Artak Zeynalyan received the delegation headed by Chairperson of the Committee on Constitutional and Legal Issues of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Head of the Czech Republic-Armenia Friendship Group Marek Benda. Minister Zeynalyan expressed his gratitude to the Czech colleagues for ratification of the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement by the Parliament of the Czech Republic and emphasised that there is great potential to enhance the co-operation between the two countries. Head of the Delegation Marek Benda expressed his gratitude to the Minister for the reception and asked about the reforms implemented in Armenia and particularly in the judicial sector after the non-violent, velvet revolution of 2018 and the upcoming projects.

Reception office of Ministry of Justice to work during all working hours
Dear citizens, Upon the instruction of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Artak Zeynalyan, the reception office located in the building of the Ministry of Justice will work every working day (09:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00). Let us remind that the reception office provides services related to the activities of the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency of the Ministry of Justice, particularly, accepting applications and providing a statement of information on family status, accepting applications on state registration of marriage and granting permits, accepting and providing applications for placing Apostille, accepting and providing cases for correction, change and restoration.

Today, Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan participated in the final event of the "Digitization of documents of court cases and introduction of an electronic courts system in the Republic of Armenia" project. Chairperson of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Harutyunyan, U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia Lynne Tracy, Chairperson of the Chamber of Advocates Ara Zohrabyan, judges and others participated in the event. On 24 April, detainee, citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elvin Arif oghlu Hibragimov, who had violated the state border regime, was accepted to "Erebuni" Medical Centre. As a result of medical examination it appeared that he needed urgent medical intervention. As a result of the performed open surgery a foreign body was removed from his stomach. The patient is under the constant care and follow-up of doctors; the condition is stable. All the actions were performed in close cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the Red Cross office.
