Head of the State Register Agency of Legal Entities:The Agency for State Register of Legal Persons provides services in the field of state registration of legal persons — ensuring functions of state registration of legal persons (with the exception of banks and credit organisations) and individual entrepreneurs being established in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, as well as registration of separate subdivisions and institutions of legal persons and registration of the media and mass media.
