Prompt responses to be given to issues raised through website www.e-hotline.am of Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has launched the pilot website for www.e-hotline.am hotline, which has been created to respond more promptly to the issues raised by citizens, as well as their complaints and inquiries.

The goal of the website www.e-hotline.am is also to improve the quality of services provided by the relevant subdivisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and provide solutions to sector-specific issues.

In the "Application" section of the website (https://e-hotline.am/application/), a citizen may fill the relevant fields and forward a message to the Hotline of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, after which the operator will contact the citizen in a matter of minutes. The citizen of the Republic of Armenia may address his or her question or complaint to the Hotline also by dialling the free 85-00 short number or by forwarding a message to hotline@moj.am.

It must be noted that ongoing works are being carried out on https://e-hotline.am/ in order to make it more accessible, include information about more services and improve the quality of services provided to the public.

Operation of the website will significantly improve the quality of services provided to the public, raise the level of public awareness and public trust and ensure open and participatory process of the policy implemented by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
