Subsequent session of the Council for Juvenile Justice was held
The sessions of the Council shall be held at least once every 3 months in the mandatory presence of one third of the members, and the agenda of the Council shall be formed based on the recommendations submitted by members, which shall be adopted by open voting and with an opportunity to submit a special opinion; document circulation shall be carried out electronically.
Minister Zeynalyan receives Ambassador of the Netherlands Daumann
In the conversation with the Ambassador, the Minister presented the priorities of the justice sector — legal and judicial reforms, capacity-building of the Probation Service, activities aimed at improving penitentiary institutions, particularly, ensuring occupation of persons held in confinement and improvement of the food quality provided to them.

Minister Zeynalyan expressed his gratitude for the invitation and noted that the tasks set forth under this project, which is being launched with this event, are very important. According to Artak Zeynalyan, as a Deputy of the National Assembly and advocate for human rights protection, he has been closely following the discussions on the relevant law and even though he had voted in favour of the draft law, he noted that the law adopted in that phase has some problems and considered adoption of the law as an intermediate solution.

Consultation on General Data Protection Regulation
Taking into account the above-mentioned and based on its competence of providing consultations prescribed by point 15 of part 3 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On protection of personal data”, the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia presents below the cases in which the Regulation is applicable to the processors of personal data (processors of personal data of the Republic of Armenia) in countries not deemed to be EU member states; for example, if Armenian processors or the person authorised thereby have subsidiaries – daughter companies, branch etc.).
