Poghosyan presented the on-line distance learning course "Protection of minors during criminal proceeding", in the framework of which the key players dealing with the issues of juvenile justice - judges, prosecutors, as well as other employees of the justice system - undergo professional training.
Draft Law of the Republic of Armenia "On freedom of information" discussed
Suren Krmoyan stressed that the new draft Law was developed on the basis of the request of the civil society, as well as the issues emerged during implementation of the acting Law adopted in 2003, which are the subject matter of this Law. According to him, the new draft Law is targeted at the exercise of human rights, the fight against corruption and participatory governance. The Deputy Minister stressed the importance of and highlighted the regulations concerning the introduction of an electronic inquiry system, the proactive policy of bodies possessing information, as well as the maintenance and publication of information registers.

On the electronic platform, citizens can get acquainted with the types and subtypes of expert examinations being conducted at the Expertise Center, with the structure of the Center, the criminal forensic objectives set before its subdivisions, the types and prices of expert services provided to the society within the scope of entrepreneurial activities, the legislation of the Republic of Armenia concerning the activities of experts, the functions and goals of the Center, as well as the news about and activities of the organisation.
