Persons in penitentiary institutions can now use the opportunity of video call
We would like to inform that as a result of co-operation between the Ministry of Justice and the International Committee of the Red Cross, all penitentiary institutions of the Ministry of Justice each have been provided with one technical device necessary for making a video call. Moreover, there are two of them at "Armavir" Penitentiary Institution.
Call of the Ministry of Justice to persons with employment problems released on the ground of amnesty
Taking this fact into consideration, the Ministry of Justice has applied to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, as well as to the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development with the aim of ensuring continuity of the process of re-socialisation of persons released from punishment on the ground of amnesty and, accordingly, with the aim of supporting the reduction of risks of recidivism.

Video surveillance in pharmacies should be brought into line with the Law “On personal data protection”
Taking into account the fact that, based on the peculiarities of the operation of pharmacies, customers submit biometric data and sensitive personal data under a special category (information on customer's physical, physiological and biological, health condition) to employees of a pharmacy, it is necessary to ensure video surveillance in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and proportionality as prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On personal data protection”.
