The Government of the Republic of Armenia today held a subsequent session during which the government made amendments and supplements to one of the previously adopted decisions for the purpose of regulating the existing relations in regard to public awareness in the field of draft legal acts development. In particular, a common on-line platform will be created, providing government agencies with the opportunity to post the drafts of regulatory legal acts being developed by them both on their official websites and on the common website for publication of the drafts of legal acts which is maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

First stage of qualification test of notaries was launched
40 applicants participated in the first stage of qualification test of notaries, i.e. in the stage of testing. Testing of the first group of candidates was launched at 10:00, and that of the second group — at 15:00.

Senior Project Officer of the CoE Office Narine Gasparyan, Head of Chair of Constitutional Law of Yerevan State University Gevorg Danielyan, representatives of the Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Armenia, National Assembly, General Prosecutor’s Office, Judicial Department, Central Bank, employees of the Ministries of Justice, Finance, Healthcare, Education and Science, Human Rights Defender’s Office and those of other fields of state administration, as well as CoE experts participated in the working discussion.
