Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan today received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia Timur Urazaev.

Emphasising the role of PR specialists in forming public opinion, and noted that competent and informed specialists might impact decision-making. According to her, it is hard to imagine social and political relations in the 21st century without strong and honest ties with the public, while PR specialists assume the role of providing these ties.

Arpine Hovhannisyan emphasised the importance of the visit of the guests to Armenia at the invitation of the Notarial Chamber of the Republic of Armenia, and stressed that there is a significant potential for developing the co-operation between the Notarial Chamber of the Republic of Armenia and the International Union of Notaries.

On 31 May, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan participated in the opening ceremony of the bust of Mkhitar Gosh. The Minister congratulated Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia Ara Zohrabyan on such an initiative and added that the legal community needed the continuity of such initiatives.
